At Glowskate we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we give you 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, wherever you are in the world.
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Unopened, in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
- In resellable condition (no signs of use, wear, damage or alterations).
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, or may receive a partial refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. In these cases the "unopened" condition does not apply: we will send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
1. Contact us at rollerglow98@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
2. We will reply within 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back following those instructions.
For returns because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless applicable law states otherwise. For damaged, defective or wrong items, we cover all costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take some additional time to process and post the refund. If you don't see your refund within a reasonable time after approval, please contact us.
The fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have (following the conditions above) and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. We will refund the product price and the standard shipping cost (if you paid for shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof that you have sent them back. This right is in addition to our 90-day return guarantee.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including rights that apply if goods are defective, not as described, or not delivered on time.
